WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• 1 year + experience in an Assistant Reception Manager/ Reception Manager role in a high-end venue
• Spotless communication skills, natural approachability, immaculate presentation and warm welcome manners, alongside admin, calls and enquiries handling exposure
• (Ideally) Experience with events organization, with business acumen to maximize seating arrangements with no compromise of the guest journey
• Proficiency with reservation platforms such as (ideally) Open Table and Collins
• Staff management and scheduling
