Ensure all new client communications are completed in line with local procedures, performance standards, and operating frameworks. Accurately record client data across relevant systems in accordance with operational strategy and compliance requirements.
Collaborate within PC & PL teams to identify and address barriers to new business growth, share knowledge and best practices, raise concerns, and propose solutions that support divisional performance
