Capital Allowances - Senior Manager
Capital Allowances - Senior Manager
Top 20 Accountancy Practice - Hybrid/London working
£90,000 plus excellence benefits package
We're working with a major Top 20 accountancy practice and their growing and well-supported Capital Allowances team that's at a pivotal stage of expansion. Demand is accelerating as more firms and clients look for tax-efficient investment strategies, and Capital Allowances is quickly becoming a go-to solution across the market.
As a result, we're looking to appoint a Senior Manager (or experienced Manager ready to step up) to act as the number two in the team-working closely with the current lead to help shape and scale the offering.
This isn't just another delivery role. You'll be front and centre with clients-responding to high-quality referrals from law firms and internal partners, leading conversations, and building trusted relationships. You'll play a visible role in converting opportunities, advising clients, and helping position the team as a market leader.
There's also a strong strategic angle. With a healthy pipeline already in place, you'll support the growth of the service line-freeing up senior leadership to focus on expansion while you help drive execution and maintain client excellence.
What makes this opportunity stand out:
- A clear pathway to career progression with real influence over the direction and future of the team
- Strong internal referral network generating consistent, high-quality leads
- Genuine client-facing exposure, not just technical delivery
- The chance to help build and shape a growing service line
- Competitive salary and benefits
We're ideally looking for someone with Capital Allowances experience, strong client-facing skills, and-ideally-a surveying background. You'll be based in the Southeast, with flexibility to travel nationally as needed.
If you're looking for a role where you can step up, take ownership, and have a real impact on growth-not just delivery-this is worth a conversation. Contact John at [email protected]
