Senior Project Co-ordinator
We are looking to hire a Senior Project Coordinator who can deliver successful projects with planning, communication, documentation, and other related project tasks. This role works within the PMO team, reporting into the Director of the PMO.
The Senior Project Coordinator will work closely with cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to ensure business projects stay organised, on schedule, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented, patient, a good communicator and skilled at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
This is a permanent position. This role will be hybrid based in the London office 3 days a week, working to support a business that operates across exciting, award-winning brands like Sky HISTORY and Crime+Investigation.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination
Assist the Director of the PMO in coordinating project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
Manage your own projects and continue to grow and develop your project management skills.
Maintain project documentation including schedules, status reports, meeting notes, RAID logs (risks, actions, issues, decisions), and change logs.
Communication & Stakeholder Coordination
Serve as a central point of contact for project communications.
Schedule and facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and track follow-up actions.
Support effective communication between cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
Tracking & Reporting
Monitor project progress against plans and report updates to project managers and leadership.
Update trackers and plans.
Escalate risks, issues, or delays to the Director of the PMO or Sponsor when necessary.
Resource & Logistics Support
Assist with resource coordination, ensuring team members are aware of deliverables and timelines.
Coordinate logistics such as workshops, training sessions, or vendor meetings.
Support procurement activities, including gathering requirements or tracking purchase orders.
Process Compliance & Quality Support
Ensure adherence to project methodologies, governance processes, and PMO standards.
Help maintain consistent use of templates, checklists, and processes across projects.
Contribute to quality assurance efforts by reviewing documents and verifying data accuracy.

Minimum Requirements:
Experience coordinating projects in a timeline driven environment.
Strong interpersonal skills – communication, teamwork and organisation.
Experience understanding and documenting workflows and processes.
Ability to learn independently and to demonstrate and apply your learnings.
Desirable Requirements:
Experience in media broadcast.
Experience working within or alongside a PMO or structured governance framework.
Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
Familiarity with workflow optimisation, automation, or AI-enabled tools.
Exposure to coordinating projects.
