About wawa fertility
17% of adults worldwide need help to have a baby and by 2050, that number will reach nearly 50%. Yet only 2% can access fertility treatment today. That’s not a gap; it’s a canyon. And we’re building the bridge.
At wawa fertility, we’re on a mission to make fertility care accessible to 100% of those who need it transforming success rates and accessibility worldwide. Our end-to-end platform digitises the entire fertility journey, enabling clinics to swap spreadsheets for seamless workflows and spend less time on admin, more time on life-changing care.
We’re not tiptoeing around an industry plagued by stale incumbents and outdated tech. We’re sprinting through it. With proven product-market fit, our platform is live in 14+ countries and scaling fast. Clinics trust us. Patients rely on us. And the impact we’re making is real.
We’re building the operating system for the future of fertility care. And we’d love you to help us deliver it.
The Mission
"To make fertility care accessible to everyone who needs it because the right to start a family shouldn’t depend on where you live or what you earn."
Who You Are
You’re a commercially driven builder who thrives in high-autonomy environments and knows how to create momentum where structure doesn’t yet exist.
You’re not the kind of seller who waits for a perfectly built process or fully defined playbook. You’re energised by early-stage environments where things move fast, ownership is high, and strong judgment matters.
You combine commercial sharpness with emotional intelligence. You know how to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics, build trust quickly, and sell consultatively not transactionally.
You care deeply about outcomes, but also about how the team wins together. You bring energy, optimism, resilience, and a genuine belief that strong team dynamics drive strong commercial performance.
What You’ll Do
This is a role for someone who wants to directly shape how commercial growth happens at wawa fertility. You’ll own deals from first touch to close, help define repeatable sales motions, and play a key role in scaling how we bring our platform to fertility clinics globally.
Own the full sales cycle from pipeline generation through to close
Self-source and generate 50–70% of your own opportunities
Run product demos independently and confidently
Build trusted relationships with multiple stakeholders across each deal, including:
Medical Directors
Lab Directors
Clinic Administrators
Finance teams
IT stakeholders
Manage pipeline hygiene, CRM accuracy, and forecasting discipline
Drive deals forward with strong commercial ownership and clear next-step management
Partner closely with leadership, including the CEO, on strategic commercial priorities
Contribute to the development of sales playbooks, messaging, scripts, and scalable processes as the team grows
Help shape what excellent commercial execution looks like in an early-stage healthcare company
What You Bring
3–5 years of experience in SaaS sales; healthcare technology experience strongly preferred
Proven success owning and closing complex B2B sales cycles
Strong track record of self-sourcing pipeline and creating commercial opportunities independently
Comfort working in high-growth environments where processes are still being built
Confidence managing multi-stakeholder, consultative sales cycles
Strong forecasting discipline and CRM ownership
A willingness to contribute beyond a traditional Account Executive remit
High emotional intelligence and strong relationship-building instincts
A thoughtful, consultative approach — not a stereotypical hard-sell sales mindset
Positive energy, resilience, and strong ownership mentality
Ideally, prior exposure to an early-stage or startup environment
Strong belief in teamwork, collaboration, and healthy team dynamics
