• A chance to make a meaningful impact in a nurturing educational community Further details about the role As a Pastoral and Academic Leader (PAL), you will play a vital role in our school by overseeing and leading on all aspects of student welfare. Working closely with the Assistant Headteacher of Inclusion, you will support the care, development and education of pupil, ensuring their safety and wellbeing while fostering positive relationships with parents and carers. As a PAL, you will: • Lead on progress, behaviour and pastoral support for pupils
• Promote positive behaviour and self-reliance among pupils, supporting their personal and emotional development
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, families and external professionals to support pupils’ learning and wellbeing
• Be ambitious and have high expectations of yourself and those around you
