Cafe Manager Monday - Friday - Full Time - London

Location: Paddington

Rate of Pay: £35,000 per annum

Working Pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing delicious food to the highest standards
• Comfortable working alone in a small workplace site
• Managing our culinary and catering teams to ensure we continue to deliver impeccable food and customer service
• Overseeing the catering operations, including completing weekly business returns, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans
• Communicating regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets
• Supporting and training our teams, leading from the front to make sure everyone can excel in their role
• Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams.
