Senior Product Manager

As Senior Product Manager, you will lead the strategy, discovery, and delivery of a key capability area. You will own the roadmap, drive alignment with business goals, and lead cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-impact solutions, ensuring innovation, alignment with market needs, and seamless execution.
This is a high-autonomy role for someone experienced in managing complex products and stakeholders, with a track record of delivering value in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and drive a clear, innovative product roadmap, securing buy-in from internal and external stakeholders.
· Lead the end-to-end definition, development, and delivery of digital experiences that enhance customer engagement.
· Oversee product launches, collaborating with leadership, engineering, and cross-functional teams.
· Translate business needs into high-quality product requirements and secure alignment across teams.
· Utilize data-driven insights to define new features, optimize existing products, and drive business outcomes.
· Work closely with engineering, UX/UI, and delivery to ensure seamless execution.
· Establish mechanisms for cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and issue resolution.
· Continuously analyse market trends, competitor insights, and performance metrics to inform strategy.
Knowledge, skills and experience required
· Proven track record of building and scaling successful digital products.
· Experience in product management within a tech-first, customer-centric environment.
· Strong expertise in agile methodologies, rapid prototyping, and data-driven decision-making.
· Ability to own and drive product roadmaps while aligning with business priorities.
· Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
· Strong analytical mindset, with experience in data analysis, market research, and business case development.
· Skilled in mentoring and leading product teams to deliver high-impact results.
· Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and prioritisation abilities.
