ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a Partnership & PR Coordinator to help build CAIA’s presence in the UK market. This junior role includes influencer marketing, micro-influencer campaigns, PR coordination, UGC sourcing and event coordination. MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
● Identify and build strong relationships with partners such as influencers, MUAs and press contacts.
● Coordinate partnership collaborations, including communication, negotiation and reporting, plan and manage micro & macro-influencer campaigns from outreach to follow-up.
● Meet partners on a weekly basis in person such as creators, MUAs & journalists to represent the brand and maintain strong relationships.

● Support planning and execution of UK-based events, coordinating logistics, product preparation, guest communication and on-site support.
● Source, negotiate and sign UK UGC creators to deliver content across Paid ads, CRM, E-com and Social Media.
● Daily focus: reaching your own and the marketing team’s KPIs, goals and budgets.
QUALIFICATIONS & PERSONAL SKILLS
