The Role:

Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual EHCPs.
Work closely with support staff, therapists, and parents to ensure each child's progress and wellbeing.
Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
Use creative strategies to support communication, emotional regulation, and independence.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience working in SEN settings (primary age preferred).
Strong understanding of safeguarding and SEND frameworks.
Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for inclusive education.
