Head of Operations & Trade Support (Energy)

We’re looking for a dynamic Head of Operations and Trade Support to oversee all aspects of physical deliveries across Gas, Power, and Emissions within our European Trading business. 

This critical role sits at the core of our trading operations, supporting risk management, enabling new market opportunities, and driving process excellence. You’ll collaborate across Trading, Sales, Legal, and Technology to ensure seamless execution and operational readiness, while leading a team of analysts, administrators and operators facilitating process and system improvements too!

What skills/experience do I need to be successful?

• Experience in European energy markets and operations;

• Demonstrate Risk & Control Focus;

• A focus on control issues, processes and procedures.
