Role Responsibilities
• Monitor daily attendance and punctuality using the school MIS system.
• Make first-day calling and follow-up calls to families.
• Produce weekly and termly attendance reports for senior leaders.
• Work with pastoral and safeguarding teams to address persistent absence.
• Meet with parents/carers to discuss attendance concerns where required.
Requirements
• Experience in school administration or attendance roles preferred.
• Strong IT and data-handling skills (SIMS/Arbor experience desirable).
• Excellent communication, accuracy, and organisational abilities.
