Junior to Mid-Level Secretary (Patents) - London
We are working with a highly reputable law firm in London who are seeking a Junior Secretary to join their patents team on a full-time, permanent basis.
An ideal candidate will have some previous IP experience – at least a years’ experience would be ideal. If you have a secretarial or administrative qualification, then this might be an advantage. However, this is not essential. A CIPA qualification would be great, but this is also not a dealbreaker. Additionally, you will need great organisation skills and a willingness to learn new skills and processes within a fast-paced environment.
The duties will be:
- Providing high level secretarial support.
- Diary management.
- Inbox management.
- Preparing invoices and assisting with billing.
- Updating cases.
- Assisting with document preparation and any formalities tasks.
