SEN Class Teacher - Outstanding School in Hounslow

An outstanding school in Hounslow is seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Class Teacher to join its specialist teaching team on a full-time basis, starting ASAP.

The Role

The successful SEN Class Teacher will take responsibility for planning and delivering engaging lessons that are adapted to meet the individual needs of pupils. You will work closely with support staff, families and other professionals to provide a consistent and nurturing learning environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs

• Creating a structured, positive and inclusive classroom environment

• Supporting pupils' academic, social and emotional development

• Monitoring progress and maintaining accurate records

• Working closely with Teaching Assistants and other support professionals

• Contributing to individual education and support plans where appropriate

• Maintaining high expectations while providing appropriate support and encouragement
