Braze Solution Architect- MarTech
An opportunity to join a new breed of digital & MarTech consultancy business! With offices in London, NYC and Milan – they are looking for a #Braze Solution Architect to join their #MarTech consultancy team! This role is based in Central London (*flexible or remote working)
This is a commercial and technical-driven role – and your main responsibility would be to fully project manage the complete and seamless implementation of the #Braze product (Customer Engagement Platform) across multiple Tier 1 clients’ accounts.
Key duties:
- Full cycle product implementation, including the design and management of the complete implementation and configuration of the Braze platform.
- This includes – architecting and implementing tags, SDKs, API integrations, and other connectors to ensure data ingestion across multiple digital channels.
- Client facing – work with clients during the discovery stages, understanding their requirements and translating into a proposal form.
- Document the technical requirements.
The ideal candidate:
- You are a Braze admin certified, with a minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on technical experience with the Braze platform ( ie; implementing the SDK, leveraging APIs, creating app groups, segments, campaigns, canvas content cards, and currents)
- A client facing with strong knowledge of Internet technologies and system integration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised – the ability to work across multiple implementation projects and client accounts!
