Teacher of Music with ECT Support - Harrow Outstanding...
We are excited to be working with an Outstanding secondary school in Harrow to recruit a committed Music ECT. This full-time, permanent position starts in April 2026 and is an excellent opportunity for a high-calibre practitioner to join a vibrant Performing Arts department. Responsibilities
Teach engaging Music lessons across KS3 and KS4 as a passionate practitioner
Follow a structured ECT induction pathway with regular progress reviews and support
Foster a desire in students to explore their musical talents and achieve excellence
Collaborate with a successful department to maintain high academic standards
Participate in a dedicated induction programme tailored for the unique needs of ECTs
Qualifications and Experience
Degree in Music or a related discipline
PGCE or QTS (achieved or pending)
Must have the right to work in the UK
Salary and Benefits
Salary Range: £37,868 to £56,154 (Outer London)
