The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Contracts Manager to oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are delivered to the highest standards, on time, and within budget. The role requires excellent leadership skills, a solid understanding of contract management, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders while upholding the company’s values of passion, commitment, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the day-to-day delivery of construction contracts, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and client expectations.

* Oversee project programmes, budgets, and resources to achieve successful outcomes.

* Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to maintain strong working relationships.

* Ensure all projects comply with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.

* Lead and mentor project teams, promoting collaboration and innovation.

* Identify risks and opportunities, providing solutions to achieve project objectives.

* Support business growth by contributing to tender processes and contract negotiations.

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within construction or property sectors.

* Strong knowledge of contract law, building regulations, and industry standards.

* Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

* Strong communication and negotiation abilities with a client-focused approach.

* Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing teams and subcontractors.

* Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
