Painter & Decorator

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Painter & Decorator to join a reputable construction company based in Harrow, London. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on social housing refurbishments, where your expertise will contribute to creating safe and welcoming environments for residents. As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting and decorating services, including gloss, emulsion, and extensive prep work. Your attention to detail, combined with a comprehensive toolkit and adherence to health and safety standards, will help ensure the successful completion of each project. We are looking for candidates who are committed, reliable, and comfortable working within a professional, respectful environment.

Previous experience as a Painter & Decorator, ideally within social housing or refurbishment projects


Full PPE including overalls, gloves, and safety footwear


Own full set of painting tools: brushes, rollers, scuttles, extensions, scrapers, and whites


Proficiency in painting techniques such as glossing, emulsion, and surface preparation


Ability to read and interpret specifications and work to deadlines


Strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail


Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude
