Nanny

Experienced Toddler Nanny - Marlow | September Start | Up to £50,000

We're looking for an exceptional nanny to become an important part of our family and help our delightful 15 month-old daughter flourish through the exciting toddler and preschool years. We're a warm, hands-on family with one little girl and two friendly dogs. We believe in raising a happy, confident and curious child, giving our nanny the opportunity to bring ideas, creativity and experience to the role. We also love to travel, spending summers in Europe, winters skiing and fitting in adventures along the way so a thirst for some adventure along the way is needed (our last nanny learned to ski in France, eat sushi in Japan and sailed in France:)

Requirements:-

You will have demonstrable experience with babies and toddlers with a main focus on the 1-3 year old bracket
Hold relevant childcare qualifications.
Have excellent experience and references with long term families (We value longevity rather than too many temporary assignments)
Inspired by Montessori principles and encourages independence.
Can confidently guide us as parents with the “how to do’s” in terms of development milestones.
Is warm, energetic, organised and proactive.
Enjoys planning fun, enriching days both at home and out exploring.
Has a full, clean driving licence.
Is highly organised with an exceptional attention to detail.
Can assist with light mothers help duties.
Can prepare nutritious meal plans and activity schedules
Enjoys travelling and embracing family adventures. We adore Europe over Summer and have a chalet in Megeve for Ski adventures. We are looking for someone who will embrace travel and adventures.

We can offer:-

Up to £50,000 depending on experience.
45 hours over 5 days (there will be a mix of daytime and occasional evening shifts (maximum 9 working hours per day).
