Property Photographer
We’re looking for a Property Viewer and Photographer to support our fantastic Property Auction Department in Hammersmith, West London . As our Viewer and Photographer, you will work mainly out on the road in rotation of work where for some weeks you will be out photographing auction lots in readiness for marketing launch and then, for the two weeks leading up to our auctions, out on a daily route opening properties for our open house viewings. Whilst working in a team, the majority of your day will be traveling in a company car to various locations mainly within Greater London and the Home Counties with occasional journeys further afield.

Key responsibilities of our Property Viewer and Photographer to include:
- High quality photography for marketing brochures and web displays
- Communicating with potential Buyers at Open House Viewings
- Attending the auction day to assist with the general operation of the auction
- Data Entry and Uploading Photographs
Skills and experience required to be our Property Viewer
- Experience with Digital Photography and Uploading to IT Systems
- Comfortable in a client facing environment at Open House Viewings
- Resilient, positive and detail oriented
- Organised and able to prioritise workload in a fast paced environment
- Able to work on own and organise schedules and workload
- Excellent communication skills
- Full Driving License with no more than 3 endorsement points to drive a company vehicle
