An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Premium Processing Subject Matter Expert to join a leading specialty Insurance broker in the London market. The role focuses on ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of premiums while supporting continuous improvement across operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage end-to-end premium processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for broking teams on premium-related queries and escalations.
• Lead reconciliation, settlement, and query resolution activities across multiple classes of business.
• Support onboarding of new teams and business, ensuring seamless integration into processing systems.
• Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and data quality.
