The Chancery Rosewood is h oused in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. Including 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.
We are seeking a Luggage Associate to deliver exceptional service by ensuring our guests' luggage is handled with the utmost care and efficiency. Providing seamless support, anticipating guest needs, and delivering outstanding service with a warm and welcoming attitude. You will collaborate with all departments to ensure smooth operations, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests and contributing to the hotel’s reputation for excellence. T his role is due to start in July 2025 .
Key responsibilities:
- Expertly handle and transport guest luggage with the utmost care, ensuring timely delivery to guest rooms and storage areas.
- Proactively assist guests with their luggage during check-in, check-out, and at any other required times, always exceeding their expectations and delivering exceptional service.
- Maintain the luggage storage to ensure it is clean, organised, and secure, providing efficient access when needed.
- Effectively manage guest requests, ensuring timely, accurate follow-ups and resolutions to maintain a positive guest experience.
- Collaborate effortlessly with colleagues across departments, ensuring seamless service and a unified guest experience.
