EUSR Competent Person
Rate: Negotiable
Start: Monday Role & Responsibilities:
- Carry out duties as the designated Competent Person on site.
- Ensure works are completed safely and in accordance with site procedures and relevant utility standards.
- Oversee and monitor works within designated areas.
- Carry out safety checks and ensure control measures are followed.
- Deliver site briefings and communicate safe systems of work to the workforce.
- Identify and report hazards, defects or unsafe working practices.
- Liaise with site management and other contractors to coordinate works safely.
- Maintain relevant site documentation and records where required.
- Valid EUSR Competent Person accreditation.
- Previous experience working on utilities/infrastructure projects.
- Good understanding of health & safety procedures.
- Ability to work effectively with site management and operatives.
- Relevant CSCS/CPCS qualifications where applicable.
