An Outstanding secondary school in Westminster is seeking an experienced School Business Manager to join its Senior Leadership Team. This is a key operational role overseeing finance, HR, compliance, estates, and administration across the school.
The successful candidate will play a central role in managing the school’s budget, supporting strategic planning, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the site.

Requirements
Previous experience as a School Business Manager or senior operations lead within a UK school
Strong background in finance, HR, or operations

CSBM/DSBM qualifications desirable
Must have the right to work in the UK
