The Role:
We are partnering with a globally recognised fintech company that is redefining how money moves around the world. Their technology platform enables millions of customers and businesses to send, spend and manage money internationally with greater speed, transparency and lower cost.
As part of their continued global growth, we are looking for an experienced Senior Technology Talent Partner to join the embedded talent team supporting their London hiring strategy.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth technology environments and enjoys building strong partnerships with engineering and product leaders.
What You’ll Do:
As a strategic talent partner, you will own and drive the end-to-end hiring lifecycle across technology functions including:
• Software Engineering
• Data & Analytics
• Product & Platform
• Technology Operations
Your responsibilities will include:
🌟 Partnering closely with engineering and product leaders to shape hiring strategies and workforce plans
🔍 Proactively sourcing and engaging top technology talent across competitive markets
📈 Building strong pipelines of high-quality candidates to support scaling teams
🤝 Delivering an exceptional and seamless candidate experience from first conversation through to offer
📊 Providing market intelligence, talent insights and data-driven hiring recommendations
⚙ Continuously improving recruitment processes to drive efficiency and hiring success
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 6+ years experience in technology recruitment (RPO, embedded, or in-house)
✔ Proven success hiring across engineering, data, product or platform roles
✔ Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trusted partnerships
✔ A proactive and strategic mindset, comfortable operating in fast-paced, scaling environments
✔ Passion for technology, innovation and building exceptional teams
