I'm working with a highly respected national property consultancy that is expanding its planning team and now seeks a confident, commercially minded Senior Town Planner to play a key role in shaping high-profile projects across the UK.

The Role

As Senior Town Planner, you will:

Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of planning projects across commercial, residential, mixed-use and regeneration sectors

Prepare and submit planning applications, statements and appeals

Provide expert planning advice to internal stakeholders and external clients

Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and drive projects from inception to determination

Build strong relationships with local authorities, developers, and consultants

Support junior team members and contribute to the continued growth of the planning function

What We're Looking For

MRTPI qualified (or very close to achieving it)

Strong background in development planning, ideally with consultancy experience

Excellent understanding of UK planning legislation and policy

Confident communicator with the ability to influence and negotiate

Proven project management skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
