Director – Commercial Valuation London
GBP75k – GBP85k base plus car allowance and bonus
Shape the future of valuation in one of the world's most dynamic property markets.
Join a high–performing and well–established London Commercial Valuation team as a Director , where you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth, elevating client service, and leading a talented group of valuation professionals. Acting as deputy to the team lead, you'll oversee a team of 12 and take the lead on national key client relationships.
You'll deliver expert valuations, market appraisals, and consultancy advice across London and the Home Counties–while championing service excellence and commercial success.
What you'll be doing:
- Spearheading business development efforts and seizing cross–selling opportunities across the wider firm.
- Nurturing a high–performance culture where your team is inspired to grow their networks and win new business.
- Taking full ownership of client relationships and driving the delivery of high–quality valuation work.
- Supporting the strategic direction of the team while enjoying real autonomy to innovate and lead.
What we're looking for:
- A commercially astute leader with a proven track record in business development and people management.
- Deep expertise in commercial property valuation, particularly for loan security and financial reporting purposes.
- Proficiency in valuation tools such as KEL and Argus.
- Someone with entrepreneurial energy and a passion for growing a team and service line.
