Location: Hybrid – Sheffield, Manchester, Uxbridge
The P artner Specialist plays a vital role in supporting Insight’s strategic alliances with partners, resellers, distributors, and software vendors. This role focuses on driving mutual growth through joint sales efforts, business planning, and execution of partner strategies. The Partner Specialist ensures alignment between Insight and its partners to increase relevance, revenue, and strategic impact.

What you’ll do…
- Support the development and execution of strategic partner business plans.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align on partner growth initiatives.
- Track and report on partner performance, pipeline, and revenue forecasts.
- Assist in managing partner incentives, certifications, and accreditations.
- Facilitate cross-functional engagement and executive alignment across regions.
- Attend partner events and stay informed on market trends and technologies.
- Ensure timely execution of go-to-market campaigns and partner-led initiatives.
Who you are…
- Proven experience in consultative sales or partner management within the tech industry.
- Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse, virtual teams.
- High level of business acumen and stakeholder engagement skills.
Desirable:
- Professional sales or management qualifications (e.g., Sales Methodology Certification).
- Experience in global or EMEA partner ecosystems.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of modern business processes and IT trends.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
