Overview We are looking for a New Business & Marketing Manager to help drive the agency’s growth in London through proactive new business activity, marketing initiatives, and brand positioning playing a key role in supporting Iris’ growth strategy by identifying new opportunities, managing pitch processes, and driving marketing initiatives that raise the agency’s profile. Responsibilities New Business & Growth Identify and qualify new business opportunities across key sectors with their director Manage the end-to-end pitch process, including research, coordination, timelines, and submission. Work closely with pitch teams to create pitch theatre Maintain and develop relationships with pitch consultants, procurement teams, and prospective clients. Track pipeline opportunities and report on new business performance. Marketing & Agency Profile Develop and execute marketing initiatives that promote the agency’s work and culture. Manage case studies, thought leadership, and award submissions. Oversee agency communications including newsletters, website updates, and social channels. Support PR initiatives and collaborate with external PR partners. Help position Iris as a leader in integrated creativity and participation-led marketing. Content & Brand Storytelling Work with strategy and creative teams to turn agency work into compelling stories. Create and distribute marketing materials, credentials, and pitch decks. Ensure the agency brand and messaging remain consistent across all touch points. Required Skills 3+ years’ experience in agency new business, marketing, or business development. Experience working within creative, integrated, or digital agencies. Strong pitch management and project coordination skills. Excellent storytelling, presentation, and writing abilities. Confident working with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Passion for creativity, marketing, and agency culture. A strong communicator who can translate creative work into clear commercial stories.
