As a Recruitment Consultant , you will develop the technical expertise and market awareness in the Highways Site Construction Desk Market , where you will be able to identify, open, and develop new market opportunities in an inclusive and supportive environment.

We are looking for a methodical and process driven person to join our successful and welcoming Highways team on either our Highways Site Construction desk . Join some of our top contract billers in these buoyant markets, surrounded by our consultants who are genuine market experts, making Matchtech a household name in the world of Highways.

You’ll recruit for Site Engineers, Site Supervisors, General Foreman, Sub Agents, Contracts Managers who are critical at the construction phase of Highways projects.

You will grow, what we refer to as “your desk” - your desk in recruitment is a hub of activity, where you'll spend your days connecting with candidates, coordinating interviews, canvassing clients and working closely with hiring managers to successfully fill open vacancy. Sales activities and building relationships will be an integral part of your role.

• Strong contract recruitment background within an engineering or construction market – this is highly valued and will set you up for success in the role.
