Retail Operations & Service Administrator

Are you passionate about retail operations?
We are looking for a Retail Operations & Services Administrator to join us! You'll play an important role in supporting the Retail Operations Coordinator in implementing JoJo's store communication strategy, ensuring our store teams have the tools and guidance they need to operate efficiently and a high standard.
While this role is predominantly remote, it will include regular time spent at our London Head Office (Battersea) and in stores, supporting our retail teams on site.
A peek into your daily adventures:
Assist in delivering clear and consistent store communications, providing timely advice and acting as a gatekeeper to align messages with retail priorities.
Support retail operations planning by maintaining processes, procedures, Sharepoint content, and the store calendar.
Manage store consumables and monitor the effective implementation of NSS, PSS, and stock takes.
Work with suppliers to ensure services are delivered in line with contracts and support store openings and closures.
Visit stores to gather feedback and insight, contributing to continuous improvement and strong central support.
Ensure compliance with company policies, including Health & Safety, PCI , and GDPR, while promoting a positive and inclusive brand culture across stores.
Skills that make you shine:
Experience in a communications-focused role (customer or supplier-facing).
Strong IT proficiency, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Microsoft Teams.
Previous retail experience, ideally in a clothing store environment.
A solution-orientated mindset, with the ability to work efficiently with others to achieve optimal outcomes.
Excellent communication skills, with confidence in engaging with multiple departments.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Adaptable and resilient in a changing, agile environment.
