Clinical Negligence Solicitor

This is a brilliant opportunity for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor with at least 1 year’s PQE to join one of the country’s most respected firms.
You’ll become part of a nationally recognised team, working alongside APIL, AvMA and Law Society Clinical Negligence Panel-accredited lawyers, with access to excellent training and progression routes.
Who we’re looking for
- At least 1 year PQE or equivalent experience in Clinical Negligence
- Recent experience handling a caseload of clinical negligence matters
- Strong commercial awareness in a legal environment
- Confident in mentoring and supporting junior colleagues
- Excellent drafting, client care and time management skills
- Flexible, proactive and committed to achieving great outcomes for clients
What you’ll be doing
- Run your own caseload of clinical negligence cases
- Support colleagues and junior team members, providing guidance and coaching where needed
- Deliver proactive, commercial and client-focused case management
- Record time effectively and contribute to meeting team financial and performance KPIs
- Assist the Team Leader/Head of Department with wider team goals
- Uphold the firm’s reputation for outstanding client care and results
