What You’ll Be Doing Supporting students with Autism and PMLD in 1:1, small-group, and classroom settingsHelping with communication, engagement, sensory regulation, and daily routinesCreating a nurturing, structured learning space where students feel safe and understoodUsing visual supports, personalised strategies, and specialist approaches (training provided)Assisting with academic tasks, life skills, and emotional developmentWorking closely with teachers, therapists, and support teams to keep progress consistent What We’re Looking For Experience supporting young people (SEN or PMLD experience is a bonus but not essential)Confidence working with students who have Autism and complex needsA patient, gentle, and resilient approachGreat communication and a genuine passion for helping young people thriveWillingness to obtain or update an enhanced DBS What You’ll Receive Weekly PAYE pay (NO Umbrella Companies)Access to free online CPDOngoing support from your dedicated consultantConsistent daily supply opportunities across Redbridge Please note: We are building a talent pool of exceptional SEN Teaching Assistants for schools across Redbridge.
