Job Summary:

As a Project Risk Management professional at Bechtel, you will provide expert execution capabilities of project risk management activities. You will provide oversight, training and mentoring of project risk specialists and risk analysts toward project and corporate objectives. You will collate risk intelligence and associated best practices to distribute throughout the Bechtel enterprise.

Major Responsibilities:

GBU

• Provides expert execution capabilities of project risk management activities
• Leads specialist Corporate PRM projects for cross-GBU benefit
• Provides oversight, training and mentoring of project risk specialists and risk analysts (both on and off project resources) towards project and corporate objectives

Corporate

• Responsible for developing and maintaining corporate PRM knowledge (i.e., training materials and knowledge bases/FAQs, etc.)
• Responsible for collating PRM procedural updates and associated PRM templates
• Collects suggestions on improving PRM processes and procedures
• Provides oversight, training and mentoring of project risk analysts and specialists (both on and off project resources) towards project and corporate objectives
• Responsible for collating risk intelligence and associated 'lessons learned' or best practices and ensuring distribution throughout Bechtel
• Acts as custodian of all PRM templates
• Manages and oversees the overall risk software deployment service to include initial system configuration and setup, training, and full integration of individual project’s risk management plans with Bechtel risk management policies
• Leads the PRM Community of Practice (CoP) activities including increasing GBU engagement and development and publication of PRM FAQ content ​

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and relevant experience.
