RETENTION SPECIALIST.

Hedin Automotive BMW & MINI has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Retention Specialist to join our high‑performing Sales team. YOUR ROLE.

As the Retention Specialist within the Sales Department, you will be responsible for calling existing BMW & MINI customers to advise on new vehicle promotions and ensuring long term customer satisfaction and finance retention.

The main duties of the role include:

• Proactively call existing Financial Service customers to advise on new vehicle promotions and to navigate renewal options

• Maintain the BMW and MINI finance retention performance at 60% and above

• Arrange mail shots to existing BMW FS customers including Mid Term & End of Term customers

• Meet & greet BMW & MINI Financial Services customers where contact has been made to introduce the Retail Manager/Sales Team

• Manage and update the retention database

• Produce weekly report to Retail Manager regarding retention activity to include calls made, appointments made, and sales converted.

YOUR PROFILE.

• Enjoys assisting customers on the phone, building trust and relationships whilst problem solving.

• Passion for customer service and is professional.

• Driven with a sales focus and ability to work towards targets.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Intermediate IT and Microsoft skills with strong administration ability

• Proven experience of working in a similar role preferable in customer retention, or sales within the automotive industry

SALARY AND HOURS.

Basic Salary £30,450 OTE £48,000 per annum, with a Company Car

Working hours are Monday – Friday, 8.00am – 6pm
