Graduate Sales Administrator

My client is seeking a motivated Sales Administrator to join their UK-based team in Uxbridge. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates looking to kick-start a career in the technology sector with a global leader in sensors, vision, measurement, safety, and microscopes.

Key Responsibilities:

Administration:

• Ensure customer orders are accurately entered into the CRM system.
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues via telephone and email to resolve queries.
• Maintain agreed delivery dates and manage the end-to-end order process.
• Process quotations and provide order updates regarding dispatch and delivery.

Logistics:

• Manage daily distribution using CRM systems.
• Oversee stock control and transfers.
• Communicate daily with the warehouse and follow global logistic guidelines, including self-audits.
• Visit the warehouse to identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Support all stages of goods flow from the parent company in Japan to end customers.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Full driving licence.
• Experience in a professional environment is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Logical, precise thinker with a good head for numbers.
• Target-oriented with the ability to self-evaluate and innovate.
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently to defined objectives.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Capable of multitasking while maintaining high attention to detail.

Employment Details:

• Full-time, permanent role.
• Based in Stockley Park, Uxbridge.

Salary & Benefits:

• Starting salary £28,000 + £2,700 area allowance (total £30,700).
