Night Concierge - Luxury Residential Development

Responsibilities
- Providing a warm and professional welcome to residents and visitors throughout the night, answering calls and assisting with resident enquiries, receiving late deliveries and coordinating key requests, monitoring the reception area and maintaining a secure, organised environment, delivering consistently high levels of customer service at every interaction.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, a naturally friendly personality, experience within luxury hotels, restaurants, airlines or other customer-focused environments is beneficial, a driving licence, and the right to work in the UK.
Benefits
- £35,250 per annum, 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (8pm to 8am), one-hour break each shift, Christmas bonus, and excellent long-term career opportunities within a luxury environment.
