Lecturer - Hospitality and Events (Foundation)

Location: London College of Contemporary Arts (LCCA), Tower Hill & Aldgate

Salary: £42,000 – £50,000 plus a special Weekend Premium of up to £5,000 pro-rata

Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)

The Role

As a Lecturer in Hospitality and Events (Foundation), you will:

• Deliver engaging, high-quality teaching across Levels 4 and 5.
• Design and develop curriculum content, assessments, and practical learning activities.
• Provide academic and pastoral support to students.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching, curriculum, and student experience.
• Stay connected with industry to ensure students gain relevant, practical insights.
• Make effective use of digital tools to enhance engagement and learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Essential: Relevant BA and postgraduate qualification or equivalent professional experience.
