Support Worker
Newcross Healthcare is recruiting experienced Support Workers in Livingston to work in residential homes, supported living services and community care settings., Deliver person centred care that promotes dignity and independence.
Support people with daily routines, personal care and life skills.
Provide emotional support and build positive relationships.
Encourage confidence and safer, more independent living.
At least six months of paid UK care experience within the last three years.
Enhanced background check (e.g. DBS, PVG or AccessNI), or willingness to apply.
Great communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A caring approach built on integrity, respect and empathy. Earn £13.90 to £16.68 per hour with flexible shifts and same day pay.
Hours
Full time and part time available, Same day pay with access to up to 50%of your earnings instantly.
