The Role

We are seeking an inspiring and enthusiastic Teacher of Computer Science to join our dynamic team from January 2026 . The successful candidate will teach Computer Science across KS3 and KS4 , delivering engaging and challenging lessons that spark students’ interest in technology and computational thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in Computer Science for KS3 and KS4 students.

• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning.

• Contribute to curriculum development and the continued growth of digital education across the school.

• Support pupils in developing both practical programming skills and theoretical understanding.

• Play an active role in the wider life of the school community.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with a strong academic background in Computer Science or a related field.

• Experience teaching Computer Science at KS3 and KS4 (experience in an independent setting advantageous but not essential).

• A creative and reflective practitioner with a passion for technology and innovation in education.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to pupil progress and wellbeing.
