Job Summary and key responsibilities
Our Design Team is currently working on several new settlements and neighbourhoods and is looking to recruit experienced urban designers.
The ideal candidates will have –
More than 3 years of UK based experience working on masterplanning projects in similar planning or design practice.
A post graduate qualification in urban design from a UK based university is essential for this role and a background in architecture will be advantageous.
Demonstrable experience of strategic site promotion through production of vision documents and outline planning applications in the UK
Demonstrable experience of working with multi-disciplinary consultants on projects
Excellent written, verbal and graphic communication
Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp and CAD.
Hand drawing skills will be advantageous
Eligibility to work in the UK without a work visa
