Whether you’re an experienced teacher or an ECT, supply teaching can be a great way to build experience, regain work-life balance, or explore different school settings. The Role – Day-to-Day Supply Teacher As a supply teacher, you will: Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
Create a positive, calm, and engaging classroom environment
Adapt quickly to different school settings and classroom needs
Build strong relationships with pupils and staff, even in short-term placements

Are confident teaching across at least one primary key stage
Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Are adaptable, reliable, and positive in new environments
Share our commitment to inclusive, child-centred education
Are dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
