CASS Audit Manager

My client is a growing Top 30 professional services firm with a dynamic Corporate Assurance team, including a specialist CASS audit function. The team is expanding and is seeking a Manager to support the delivery of CASS audits for a varied and growing client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of CASS audit clients, acting as main point of contact.
• Lead audits from planning through to completion and sign-off.
• Identify key issues and make recommendations to engagement leaders.
• Act as a CASS subject matter expert, supporting the firm’s audit quality processes.
• Contribute to the development of the firm’s CASS audit offering.
• Supervise, coach, and develop junior staff.
• Support business strategy, process improvements, and team initiatives.

What You'll Need:

• ACA / ACCA (or equivalent) qualification.
• Strong working knowledge of CASS rules (particularly 3, 6 & 7).
• Familiarity with the FRC’s Client Asset Assurance Standard.
• Experience managing CASS audits and using audit software.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
