c£40,000++ IP Records Administrator - London/Hybrid

Dawn Ellmore Employment is pleased to be recruiting exclusively on behalf of a well-established international IP firm, who are looking to appoint a meticulous and proactive IP Records Administrator to join their London-based IP operations on a permanent, full-time basis.

This position would suit an individual with approximately two or more years’ experience working with Patent and/or Trade Mark records, ideally with exposure to both disciplines. You will become part of a supportive and experienced team, playing a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the firm’s records and deadlines.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and actioning incoming correspondence to ensure records and critical deadlines are updated promptly
• Assisting with the onboarding of new matters and transferred cases, ensuring all information is entered accurately and thoroughly
• Managing outstanding docket items and resolving them in accordance with internal processes
• Spotting and flagging discrepancies within official documents, filings, or communications
• Liaising with colleagues across the firm to confirm deadlines, requirements, and case-related updates
