21 Hours Retail Keyholder - Brent Cross
The Role
NEOM Wellbeing is seeking a Keyholder to join our team at the Brent Cross Shopping Centre for a part-time position of 21 hours per week. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our store reflects the NEOM brand’s commitment to wellbeing.
Your role will require you to demonstrate proficiency in managing store operations, including the responsibilities associated with opening and closing the store and supporting the store management team in daily operational tasks. You must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and, when necessary, late nights.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and contribute to achieving company objectives.
- Oversee the opening and closing procedures of the store..
- Support the team and store management with operational duties.
- Assist with stock management, including unloading deliveries and inventory organization.
- Ensure adherence to company standards regarding housekeeping, cleanliness, and visual merchandising.
- Consistently provide exceptional customer service that aligns with NEOM’s brand values.
- Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Drive.
Requirements
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in the health and beauty sector.
- A strong passion for wellness and wellbeing.
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Aptitude for maintaining high standards within the store.
- Effective communication skills, treating all individuals with integrity and respect.
- Proactive and self-motivated with robust attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to evolving situations.
- Willingness to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and evenings.
