The Role
• Provide first-line IT support for staff and students.
• Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems.
• Support classroom technology and examinations.
• Assist with system upgrades and digital security.
Requirements
• Experience in an IT support role.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft systems and school-based software.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
