Enterprise Account Executive
Job description
Medium Enterprise Account Executive (French Speaking)
Location: United Kingdom (Remote) or London Office
Language Requirement: Fluent French and English are essential
Package: £90,000 base | Double OTE | Uncapped Commission | Car Allowance | Private Medical
About the Opportunity:
An internationally recognised software company is helping manufacturers transform how their frontline teams operate. While much of the conversation around digital transformation and Industry 4.0 focuses on machines and automation, this organisation focuses on people, the connected worker.
Their platform enables manufacturing teams to collaborate in real time across Production, Maintenance, and Quality, helping organisations increase productivity, resolve issues faster, and create a better working environment on the factory floor.
With over 1,000 customers, 1,200 plants and more than 325,000 users globally, the platform is delivering measurable impact — including an average productivity improvement of 22% within the first 90 days.
Due to continued growth across Europe, they are now looking to hire a French-speaking Medium Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business across the manufacturing sector.
Fluency in French is a mandatory requirement for this role.
The Role:
As a Medium Enterprise Account Executive, you will take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from identifying and developing new opportunities through to negotiation and closing.
You will work with manufacturing organisations across industries such as industrial manufacturing, automotive, high-tech, and FMCG, helping them improve operational performance through modern software and operational coaching.
This is a highly consultative, new business focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys selling into complex operational environments and engaging with senior manufacturing and operational leaders.
This is a remote role based in the UK, with travel to customer sites expected approximately 30–40% of the time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and closing
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within manufacturing organisations
- Engage with prospects to understand operational challenges and business objectives
- Build trusted relationships with operations leaders, plant leadership, and executive stakeholders
- Develop and expand professional networks within the manufacturing sector
- Maintain strong knowledge of industry trends across industrial manufacturing, automotive, high-tech and FMCG
- Collaborate internally to ensure prospects and customers receive the best possible experience
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and sales forecasts using CRM systems
- Represent the organisation at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
Required Experience:
- Fluent French and English language skills (essential)
- Minimum 4+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within manufacturing, industrial software, or automation
- Proven track record of winning net new business and consistently exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing complex enterprise or mid-market sales cycles
- Comfortable engaging with C-level and senior operational decision makers
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build credibility and trust with manufacturing organisations
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-growing, high-performance environment
- Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools
- Willingness to travel 30–40% to customer sites
What’s on Offer:
- Opportunity to join a rapidly growing international SaaS organisation
- Exposure to some of the most innovative manufacturers globally
- A collaborative and supportive culture focused on performance and growth
- The chance to sell a solution that delivers real operational impact for frontline manufacturing teams
- Competitive compensation package based on experience
Important:
This role requires professional fluency in both French and English in order to work with customers across French-speaking manufacturing markets.
If you are a driven sales professional with experience in manufacturing technology and strong
French language skills, this is an opportunity to join a business that is redefining how manufacturing teams operate.
