Hours: Monday - Friday working days

The Site Supervisor is a key leadership position responsible for managing security personnel and ensuring smooth daily operations across the site. Acting as the central point of contact, this role oversees service delivery, performance monitoring, and compliance with company standards. The Site Supervisor plays a vital part in maintaining operational excellence and fostering a strong partnership between the client and Securitas, upholding the core values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness.

In this role, the Site Supervisor will ensure all team members are properly trained, licensed, and compliant with industry requirements. They will manage staff scheduling, monitor performance, and provide coaching and support to maintain high standards of service. Additional responsibilities include handling investigations, enforcing company policies, and promoting staff recognition initiatives. This position demands strong leadership, organisational skills, and the ability to deliver consistent supervision on a 24/7 basis.

Job Description

Responsibilities

You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:

• Ensure all personnel under supervision have completed the appropriate site training and possess a valid SIA licence or LDN, meeting industry requirements
• Monitor and manage the appearance and behaviour of all security personnel, taking appropriate action in line with company policies and procedures
• Keep assignment instructions and site documentation up to date
• Monitor and report faults with security-related equipment promptly 
• Report all incidents in compliance with customer and company policies and procedures

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for someone who sees a different world—someone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow. Ideally, you’ll have:

• A valid SIA licence
• Must have management experience
• The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history
• Computer literate
• Strong communication skills in English—both written and spoken
