Beauty Advisor - Harrods

A leading company in the luxury cosmetics sector, with a presence across several European countries and headquartered in Barcelona, is seeking for a Beauty Advisor for VALMONT in Harrods - London. This role combines creative and technical expertise with a passion for luxury beauty, providing an inviting, inspiring, and personalized in-store experience that engages and delights our clients.

What do we look for in the ideal candidate?

• Serve as a brand ambassador with a polished appearance and positive attitude at all times.
• Demonstrate a commitment to learning fundamental product knowledge (features, benefits, application) and application techniques to deliver the best results for clients.
• Maintain store quality and merchandising, ensuring cleanliness, compliance with merchandising guidelines, and shelf product availability.
• Manage and monitor the stock at the counter effectively.
• Identify customer needs and recommend our skincare products based on their preferences and requirements.
• Explain product usage to customers interested in making a purchase.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (except Christmas Day).
• Proficient use of POS software and other digital systems necessary for smooth counter operations.
• Convey passion and master the art of storytelling.
• Build connections with clients, offering solutions and high-quality after-sales service.

Your profile and soft skills should be:

• Fluent in English. Chinese is a plus.
• Highly detail-oriented and a confident, professional sales personality who embraces challenges and understands retail.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong passion for exceptional customer experience.
• Enthusiastic and passionate about luxury products.
• Previous experience in a retail environment, with a genuine interest in the beauty industry.
