We're hiring a Workshop Tool Hire Fitter / Engineer to service, repair and maintain a wide range of hire equipment, ensuring everything is safe, reliable and ready for hire. What you'll be doing Service, repair and maintain small tools and hire equipment Fault-find, diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues Carry out safety checks, inspections and compliance checks Prepare equipment so it's ready to go straight out on hire Work as part of a busy, organised workshop team What you get £30,000 - £35,000 basic salary Overtime available Monday to Friday only, 7:30am-5:00pm No weekends, no call-outs, no nights Mitcham-based workshop role Consistent work, job security and long-term opportunity This role suits you if you've worked as a: Tool Hire Fitter Plant Fitter / Workshop Plant Engineer Small Tools Engineer Mechanical Fitter / Service Technician Workshop Engineer / Maintenance EngineerExperience in tool hire, plant hire, construction equipment or similar workshop environments is ideal, but strong hands-on experience is what matters most.
